October is declared as the Aboitiz Team Member Engagement Month launched under the banner #Fit4U. Piloted in the corporate center in Taguig, this total employee wellness program is offered to Aboitiz team members as a holistic approach to experiencing a healthier and happier workplace.
The program follows a series of carefully prepared activities that addresses the physical, mental, spiritual, social, and financial wellness of our A-People. Further, the program is anchored on the four basic human needs of team members in the Aboitiz Group, namely: need to belong, need to give back, need to learn, and need to provide.
In Aboitiz, we give focus on the overall employee experience. In Talent Retention our WHY is to give our a A-people a compelling reason to stay for the long term by addressing their four needs – the need to provide, the need to learn, the need to belong and the need to give back.
