The Aboitiz Group brings home five trophies for its team member engagement and corporate social responsibility programs at the 52nd ANVIL Awards held at the Makati Shangri-La hotel on March 10.
Aboitiz garnered four gold awards, namely: Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc.’s (AEV) #BetterWorld internal communication initiative, Aboitiz Foundation’s youth-oriented waste management campaign Green Fashion Revolution, UnionBank’s UREKA Forum, which is the country’s largest e-commerce circuit for entrepreneurs, and UnionBank’s GoBeyond Communities program for team member engagement. A Silver ANVIL was also awarded to UnionBank’s Lumina Pandit, heritage preservation project with the University of Sto. Tomas.
Presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), the ANVIL is the symbol of Excellence in Public Relations. It is awarded to outstanding public relations programs, tools and, now, practitioners after careful screening by select PR professionals and judging by a distinguished multi-sectoral jury.
