AboitizLand launches Anila, Amoa’s newest enclave

With an eye on solidifying its foothold as the premier real estate developer in Cebu, AboitizLand launched its third and latest enclave inside its most recent residential development, Amoa. Called Anila, which in Sanskrit means wind, AboitizLand highlighted the enclave’s close proximity to the ocean where the wind can be felt the most. With a total area of seven hectares of lush open spaces, it is the third phase of the development launched following Samira and Surya.

Where Life Means More, and Where More is Ours

Inspired by traditional Filipino residences fused with minimalist conventional architecture, Amoa traces the root of its name to the Visayan word “amo-a”, which means “ours.”

Launched in October 2015, Amoa is part of Aboitizland’s current portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects. The 60-hectare residential development located in Brgy. Tamiao, Compostela, Cebu has induced a deep feeling of pride and ownership in the community north of Cebu, with its wide vistas, rolling terrain, networked open areas, and rain gardens that occupy nearly half of its land area.

After the introduction of the development’s first phase called Samira in 2015, Amoa’s excellent sales take-up allowed AboitizLand to proceed with the next stage the following year, called Surya (Sanskrit for “sun”), which offered stunning views of the hills and the sea.

Come Home to Amoa

Even after two decades, AboitizLand remains wholly committed to living up to its tradition of nurturing communities and helping people live better lives through carefully designed living spaces.

While AboitizLand is casting its eye on furthering its reach across the country with the crown jewel of its national expansion – the premium Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas, Cebu remains its home with the company now supporting 23 communities in more than 612 hectares of land in Cebu developed into residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Apart from its already existing projects, AboitizLand has already moved forward with the development of Cebu’s very first mountain town community – the Foressa Mountain Town in Balamban, Cebu, and Amoa continues to grow and develop into a nurturing community filled with premium amenities.

Among the many guests who attended are families who wished to see what Amoa has to offer.

Anila was launched over a three-day event filled with the best that AboitizLand has to offer. The first part on May 25 was the Amoa Vecino Socials while the Amoa exhibit commenced on May 26 until the 27th at the SM City Cebu North Wing Atrium.
