Homegrown food brands, top restos expected at The Outlets at Lipa

Completing the experience at The Outlets at Lipa as a prime shopping and lifestyle destination, AboitizLand is bringing in a wide range of restaurants and food stops at this new outlet shopping village at the heart of Calabarzon.

AboitizLand’s newest commercial development will house homegrown brands like Lipa’s very own Cafe de Lipa, famous for its authentic Filipino coffee flavor and aroma; Ichiban Boshi, a contemporary Japanese restaurant; Koibito’s, Batangas’ homegrown ice cream parlor; Kia Thua, an Asian fusion resto; Tien de Doce, a French-Asian fine dining restaurant; and Taza Mia, popular for its signature Kapeng Barako of Lipa.

Other top food brands like Bonchon, which serves South Korea’s amazingly crispy, juicy, and flavorful chicken; and Giligan’s, a new happy place where ‘delicious is affordable’, among others, will also be available. Apart from these, The Outlets will also have a food hall showcasing a range of comfort food.

More so, the largest outlet mall in the country is set to host an outdoor multi-purpose sports field. It guarantees action-packed activities with an open-air layout for a relaxed atmosphere.

Bringing in outstanding variety of premium brands, The Outlets  is set to be a world-class shopping destination in the Philippines that will feature more global retail brands, positioning this shopping hub as one of AboitizLand’s biggest developments. The Outlets will also host a service center to cater alteration, financial, and other service needs.

A 9.3-hectare development located inside the Lima Technology Center in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas, The Outlets will have almost 30,000 square meters of gross leasable space that can accommodate over 200 local and international brands.  With construction well underway, The Outlets is set to open during the second quarter of 2018.
