Nurturing communities built for people

Advancing business and communities is and has always been the AboitizLand way. The company strives to uphold its vision that as the company grows, so must its communities and neighbors. AboitizLand will continue to help people live better lives through the communities it builds and develops.

In its pursuit of developing high-quality villages that nurture long-term communities, AboitizLand plans its projects following design concepts that are people-centric. Its residential, commercial and industrial villages allow for people to enjoy a sense of community, live a leisurely lifestyle, and engage in economic activities.

With new and exciting projects, AboitizLand is set to bring the company to the national playing field. The launch of its latest horizontal development Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas, Foressa Mountain Town in Balamban, Cebu, and the recent groundbreaking of the country’s first authentic outlet shopping mall, The Outlets at Lipa in Batangas, signal the company’s robust growth for its residential and commercial business units.

As it bids to expand its brand nationwide, AboitizLand also expands to help people help themselves by providing different initiatives within its partner communities. The company takes a holistic approach in improving people’s lives through several programs in areas where its projects are located.

Growing with our people through capacity building

AboitizLand is implementing skills training programs in its communities. The training will give the beneficiaries the National Certification II (NC II) status after an assessment by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The program also accepts out-of-school youth. They will be the workforce needed by AboitizLand’s projects.

AboitizLand also helped establish the Kalipunan ng mga Liping Pilipina (KALIPI) to provide employment opportunities for women in need of skills training in Mabolo, Cebu City. It started with a group of women graduates from the housekeeping livelihood skills training organized a few years ago. Today, KALIPI provides housekeeping services for The Persimmon condominium project.

True to its brand promise of nurturing communities, AboitizLand goes beyond its own developments, and constantly looks out for the welfare of those around it. This drives the company to be inclusive in its view of ‘growth’ – strengthening partner communities by providing skills training and contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of its constituents.
