In a company with a broad retail network, it is of vital importance to keep everyone up to date with the latest news in the group. PETNET, being an advocate of global best practices, once again took the advantage of digital technology at work, as they conducted another livecast dubbed as PETNET Talks on June 9, 2017 at the AEV’s Digital Studio.
PETNET Talks, a sequel to the 1st Digital Town Hall held last May, aimed to provide a centralized communication to PETNET’s teams nationwide. Relevant updates to the company’s branch and field personnel were discussed, including recognizing the top performers. The livecast registered a total of 396 views on AGORA via live streaming from the head office, branch and field employees including views from the U.S. and the Netherlands.
PETNET Talks’ pilot episode featured the Vice President for Operations, Business Development & Call Center, Marc de Guzman (MDG) and Senior Assistant Vice President for Loans Services Group, Theodore “Dong” De Guzman (TPG), who shared performance updates, recent developments, and future plans to their respective teams. Chinky Floria, PETNET’s Training Manager, hosted the show.
MDG shared the forthcoming launch of 2 new products, which will be added to the company’s product portfolio, namely, Cash Credit and Partner Pay. These new products are expected to generate more revenues for the company with fast and simple transaction processes. He also mentioned the launch of Income Credit Cooperative in PETNET, which will assist employees in meeting their current financial needs at the same time allowing them to save for their future. The “Coop” will be rolled out initially in Mindanao, and subsequently to other branches in Luzon and Visayas.
On the other hand, TPG shared the kick-off of e-Learning for BSAs. e-Learning is an alternative training tool that allows teams nationwide to learn new products and services online. Aside from that, TPG also mentioned motivational programs for the field sales force of LSG, such as the Branch Champion Program and the Annual Sales Convention.
PETNET Talks gave an opportunity for the revenue heads to engage with their teams on a casual, engaging and entertaining way.
