A re-energized group-wide Refer an A-Person Program (RAP) will not only assist our efforts towards effective hiring, it will greatly encourage employee involvement and give us a way to thank them for it,” said Nina Pedro, AGHR.
The group-wide RAP was launched on May 5 at NAC Tower, BGC, Taguig attended by Talent Attraction partners across the group. Our total Group’s employee referral rate in 2016 hit the 43% mark which is 1% higher than the global benchmark.
We want employees to refer talents throughout and across businesses in the group. As a way of recognizing employees for being our brand ambassadors, the program is now linked to a more robust and exciting rewards system called Aboitiz KUDOS anchored on our Inspired by Passion – Need to Provide, Need to Belong, Need to Learn & Grow, and Need to Give Back. Each successful referral will get rewards points and employees and use them to redeem products and services and even donate to AboitizFoundation to support their sustainability projects.
