John Louis Ducos , Subic EnerZone (SEZ) Meter Revenue and Protection Engineer, has been awarded as one of this year’s top 10 Outstanding Freeport Workers.
John’s personal dedication and commitment to the company contributed significantly to organizational value. Known to be a team player, he anticipates the needs and seeks opportunity to show genuine professional and personal concern not only for his co-team members, but also for his team leaders and other stakeholders. His passion and dedication to be of service to anyone is one of his outstanding characteristics. Being with the company for almost 12 years, he showed discipline and commitment in giving his best in the performance of his duties.
The Ten Outstanding Freeport Workers Awards program aims to recognize and reward the commitment, innovativeness, service and performance excellence of freeport workers, as well as to motivate and increase work satisfaction levels.
It is one of the projects and key initiatives of the SBMA Labor Department in collaboration with Subic Bay Workforce Development Foundation, Inc., which is composed of representatives from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP)-Subic chapter, the different chambers in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), the SBMA Labor Department and the Freeport’s Labor Management Council/Workers.
The awardees were screened and judged by a Panel of Judges. They were chosen based on excellent client/customer service that resulted in the creation of significant client and organizational value, excellent performance in a project or similar undertaking, personal dedication and commitment to the company/organization, motivation and commitment to the Freeport’s culture, social spirit and strategic directions, development of innovative ideas/concepts, and exceptional leadership or achievements.
SEZ Kaibigans and John’s family were present during the ceremony which was held on Nov. 23, 2017 at Harbor Point , Ayala Mall , Subic Bay Freeport. The awarding ceremony was graced by the presence of SBMA Chairman and Adminisrator Atty. Wilma Eisma and other SBMA’s Department Heads.
