Aboitiz Construction Completes 5 Warehouses For FAST Logistics In Cebu

Aboitiz Construction successfully completed the construction of five warehouses for FAST Logistics Group in Brgy. Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu. The project, spanning a total construction floor area of 17,315 square meters, was delivered in less than a year.

The facility consists of five ambient warehouses and ancillary buildings constructed in two phases. Utilizing Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel materials and a steel formwork system, the project highlights Aboitiz Construction's innovative approach to delivering durable and efficient construction solutions.

The project employed approximately 300 workers, with 80% of the workforce locally sourced from Cebu, contributing to community development and economic growth. The project also recorded more than 800,000 safe man-hours, reflecting the firm’s commitment to safety and quality.

Completed in partnership with property developer MVC Development Corporation and project management consultant Hearn & Hearn Consulting, the warehouse complex marks a significant milestone in FAST Logistics Group's expansion efforts. As one of the Philippines' leading logistics and distribution solutions providers, FAST continues to diversify its footprint to meet growing market demands.
