AboitizLand And Point Blue Ease Terms To Help City Workers Through ECQ

During this unprecedented time when all measures have been heightened to curb the spread of COVID-19, people have to strictly follow guidelines including home quarantine, suspended mass transportation services, as well as restricted land, air, and sea travel. While food and essential health services are being regulated, the presence of uniformed personnel has also been increased to enforce social distancing procedures.

While many companies have shifted to remote work, our healthcare professionals and workers from essential industries face mobility challenges as a result of community quarantines and transport limitations.

With waived minimum lease requirement, Point Blue offers safe lodging near key business districts

Extending support for highly affected workers, the microstudio rental apartments operated by AboitizLand with Point Blue reduced the required three-month minimum term for all units to one month minimum lease. This is to offer safer alternative housing for people who suffer long work commutes while helping industries such as business process outsourcing companies.

Point Blue's fully furnished units are close to Bonifacio Global City and Makati Central Business District.

This policy took effect on March 16 and will remain active until the ECQ in Metro Manila has been lifted. This allows new and existing tenants to reside in a secure and fully furnished accommodation in key locations, specifically in Makati and Bonifacio Global City. This arrangement is applicable whether units are occupied by one or two persons.

Through this effort, AboitizLand together with its partner Point Blue, hopes to alleviate the lockdown woes of those who tirelessly work and serve, and for businesses to continue operating during this challenging situation.
