Gold Coin Indonesia has launched the Aqua Mobile Lab to extend its Technical Customer Service support to shrimp breeders across Indonesia. The company aims to wow its customers with innovation by helping farmers detect and take necessary steps against shrimp farm diseases like Early Mortality Syndrome (EMS) and Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (AHPND).

Launched in December 2022, The Aqua Mobile Lab aims to position Gold Coin as a feed producer and a true Partner for Growth through after-sales and technical services. In addition, the project also aims to aid in product innovation. The data gathered will support R&D in creating products and solutions based on real market scenarios.

The Aqua Mobile Lab, composed of a technically-trained staff member visits each customer's farm and observes and conducts a thorough assessment of the hepatopancreas, gill conditions and shrimp parasites of shrimp health and water quality. Equipped with advanced machines and chemicals with higher precision, the lab ensures efficiency and accuracy in detecting shrimp health, water quality, and environmental susceptibility to diseases. Any service that cannot be done on-site will be turned over to the Lab Service Station.
