• Our team members ensure that there is uninterrupted power supply and electrification for industries, communities, hospitals, and other vital facilities, while extending payment terms for customers. Those situated in our power plants have been provided with food and nearby shelter to eliminate the need for long-distance travels.
• Working with a skeleton workforce, select UnionBank and CitySavings branches remain open nationwide to serve our customers’ financial needs. Shuttle services have been made to transport our team members to their respective bank branches.
• Team members from our Food Group, both local and overseas, continue to operate to ensure a consistent supply of products for many of our small business partners who depend on us for their livelihood.
• Potable water is made available 24/7 to many households and industrial waste water treatment continues for locators and commercial establishments.
• Construction of our hydroelectric power plant, water treatment facilities, and other projects are ongoing with minimal disruption and carried out in adherence to the strictest precautionary work measures.
• Donations such as essential medical items are delivered immediately to frontliners in hospitals, NGOs, and LGUs.
• Pulse checks, engagement activities, and learning sessions are conducted regularly to ensure the well-being of team members working from home.
