UnionBank recently took home yet another international recognition as Influential Brands 2019 Asia CEO Summit & Award Ceremony named it among the “Top Employer Brands of the Year”. Based primarily on anonymous employee feedback, the award hails companies who scored above international benchmarks in the areas of employee engagement, company culture and relevant HR practices in the digital age.
A total of 18 companies’ brands were recognized in the top employers category at the summit’s seventh edition, which was held at the Chatrium Riverside Hotel Some 300 prominent c-suite executives from over 100 leading companies across the region including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines attended the event.
