“Through the exclusive career event, I was exposed to different companies of the group and learned about various career opportunities. I also understood the company’s efforts to drive sustainability and CSR-related programs. This made want to get involved in the Aboitiz group. I believe these programs helped increase their level of awareness about Aboitiz. The corporate video (on Advancing Business and Communities) was really inspiring. I enjoyed talking to A-People during the networking event and gained insights on how to be more driven to lead, excel and serve.”

“The event created awareness and helped students understand the different companies under the Aboitiz group. It allows students to choose which company would fit their personal and professional goals. It orchestrates talent attraction partners across the group to move as one, and to our external stakeholders, it shows as well that we have one goal as a group: that is to ensure we attract the best pool of talents as one company. I think, working together is a very big advantage because it shows unity despite different products and services we provide.”
