Valentine’s is more than just a day of romantic love. Here in AEV, celebrating this day is all about appreciating every A-Person. The 14th of February was a day of gratitude to all team members for the hard work that they put into Advancing Business and Communities.
To celebrate Valentine’s, AEV launched #ALoveApair program, focused on A-People appreciation and engagement. Aside from the usual Valentine’s Day greetings, team members were treated to special activities and treats to make the day truly special.
Contests were also launched for our A-People to make the celebration even more fun. Through ‘A PAIRYtaleStory,’ they had the chance to tell a short story about the best person in their lives. Team members also had the chance to find their office Valentine’s match during the ‘Picture PAIR-fect’ event. To make the contests engaging, team members used the organization intranet, AGORA, and their social media accounts to show how they celebrate love in their own unique ways.
Giving time for ourselves and our hearts through #ALoveApair is the Aboitiz way of nurturing a culture of love for its team members. Let’s all cultivate a caring workplace with a passion that is uniquely Aboitiz.
