AEV Legal Management takes 4 PH Law Awards

The AEV Legal Management Services (LMS) Team was the big winner at the 2017 Philippine Law Awards (PLA) gala dinner, held last October 6 at the Makati Shangri-La. The team took home four major awards, including the most coveted Philippine In-House Team of the Year.

The other awards AEV-LMS received are:

  • Debt Market Deal of the Year for AboitizPower’s Shelf-Registered Bonds
  • M&A Deal of the Year for AboitizPower’s Acquisition of Stake in GNPower Plants
  • Philippine Deal of the Year for AboitizPower’s Acquisition of Stake in GNPower Plants

The PLA is presented by Asian Legal Business (ALB) and pays tribute to private practitioners and in-house teams who have significantly contributed to the country’s legal sector.
