Meanwhile, AboitizPower’s balance sheet remains strong, ensuring stable returns for its shareholders, as well as sustained benefits for its stakeholders. And the key to this sustained growth, according to it AboitizPower President and COO Antonio R. Moraza, are the AboitizPower team members.

ARM highlighted the success of the 1AP initiative, reiterating that while it seemed overambitious in the beginning, it contributed significantly in making AboitizPower a more cohesive unit that will remain steadfast in advancing business and communities.

UnionBank aims to sustain its digital transformation of existing branches and is studying the possibility of building 10 “lite” versions of The ARK, its fully-digital concept branch.
Pilmico will continue supporting the backyard sector and venture into the retail market through its egg and meat depot in Tarlac, which was opened in late 2017. Two more depots are in the pipeline to give customers direct access to quality Pilmico Farms products.
Aboitiz InfraCapital maintains a keen interest in airports and will decide on concrete plans based on actual bidding terms once made available by the government while Apo Agua’s bulk water supply project will conclude the final stages of its documentary requirements as it expects the Department of Agrarian Reform to soon conduct site inspections. Republic Cement, anticipating strong demand, plans to expand its Luzon kilns and grinding capacity over two years, and debottlenecking activities have already started and will be completed in phases.

AboitizLand’s expansion efforts in Luzon and Mindanao is capitalizing on strong residential and retail demand. The Outlets at Lipa, as an example, is set to open in the first half of the year. The company also plans to develop a mid-market residential project in Mindanao.
With all these developments in the offing, EIA summed up that core values, purpose, brand, and culture will further define the Aboitiz organization towards a synergy that will bring out the Aboitiz Way in each one with consistency and authenticity.

Giving Shareholders the ABC Experience
Outside the meeting hall, discussions were matched by feature booths by Aboitiz Group SBUs, showcasing how each promotes the Group’s brand promise advancing business and communities.
AboitizPower’s Cleanergy Center booth gave visitors an overview of the importance of clean and renewable energy.
UnionBank’s GlobalLinker desk introduced the bank’s online market platform for MSMEs. (Know more about GlobalLinker program here.)

AboitizLand’s booth for its latest Luzon-based development, Seafront Residences, drew in guests who were interested in knowing more about the designed living spaces the company currently has.

Lastly, AEV’s A.Lab and digital transformation section previewed some of the new agile workplace highlights of the organization’s headquarters at NAC Tower, particularly, 3D printing.
