On the heels of consecutive recognition from local and international organizations, UnionBank has been cited for its excellence in the area of customer experience at the 40th Agora Awards presented by the Philippine Marketing Association.
UnionBank Chief Customer Experience Officer Ana Aboitiz-Delgado took home the Agora for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management in recognition of her innovation and ingenuity in marketing, which vastly contributed to the company’s growth.

UnionBank believes that customer engagement is a major driver of the company’s growth and stability. As such, it is committed to constantly seek ways to innovate and improve its products and services to ensure that it offers the best customer experience to all via technology.
In her acceptance speech, Delgado emphasized that it takes an entire organization working as one to deliver great customer experience.

Last year, UnionBank was among Asia’s leading companies honored at the 2019 Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Best Practices Awards presented by world-renowned research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.
The firm’s research results showed that UnionBank was “voted with the highest ratings by customers across multiple dimensions,” exhibiting a “phenomenal performance and a very rare outcome in a competitive market such as retail banking.”
It commended UnionBank for performing well beyond the trail of innovation, completely transforming its banking capabilities to enhance customer experience.
