Teachers from various schools nationwide actively participate in the “WATCH. LEARN. TEACH.” program, a partnership between Knowledge Channel and City Savings Bank, which features a comprehensive free online training series held on May 23 and 30, 2025.

Centered on strengthening literacy and numeracy instruction, the program delivers practical, easy-to-implement strategies designed to elevate classroom outcomes. By addressing these fundamental educational pillars, the initiative aims to significantly enhance learner performance across the country.

Elevating Teaching Standards Through Research-Based  Practices

CitySavings also partnered with Cebu International School (CIS) to host a dynamic session through an Education Forum, bringing together over 150 public and private educators from Cebu and neighboring Central Visayas provinces at the CIS campus in Pit-os, Cebu City, on April 25, 2025.

The forum focused on research-based best practices in teaching and learning, covering adaptable leadership styles and the integration of AI in future-ready teaching methodologies. Interactive workshops led by CIS faculty and staff, and their educational network, provided practical tools for classroom management and effective learning program design across all grade levels.
