Last October 22 to 23, Pilmico joined the second Sorsogon Bakery Fair, an event that is part of the Kasanggayahan Festival, which celebrates local life in Sorsogon since it officially became a separate province from Albay years ago.
The two-day fair was spearheaded by Duka General Merchandise, a loyal supplier of Pilmico flour. Baking enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, home bakers, and even students from around Sorsogon participated in learning sessions on the latest innovations on baking technologies and techniques.
Pilmico shared its best practices, products, and services to the audience by hosting a baking demo and giving away samples of our high-quality flour to the bakers in attendance. Technical specialists were also present in Pilmico’s booth so individuals can have a one-on-one consultation.
