CHRis aims to elevate talent experience through technology by checking on team member’s engagement and wellness, providing 24/7 easier access to HR policies and programs thru FAQs, and managing HR-related concerns and request more efficiently via Helpdesk.

Since the improved CHRis was launched five months ago, AEV HR has been receiving positive feedback from team members.

With every conversation, CHRis learns from you! Unanswered questions are periodically extracted, answered, and uploaded into CHRis so future conversations become more accurate and relevant. The AEV HR team also utilizes your insights on GT and engagement surveys to create actionable plans, programs, or communications to address your most pressing needs.
