Dear Fellow Team Members,
I am excited to announce that we are partnering with Gallup, an independent research based consulting firm, to help us do a baseline assessment of the alignment of our Purpose, Brand, and Culture across the Aboitiz Group. Gallup’s research suggests that there are three elements that are the hallmarks of a high-performing organization – a strong purpose, a differentiated brand and a rich culture. We have recently defined our purpose – ‘to drive change for a better world’. As we embark on making our culture, purpose, and brand stronger, we will conduct multiple reviews, conversations and discussions in our efforts to ensure that we are on the right track.
We are as strong as our culture, our purpose and our values. We will seek the opinions, voice, and perspectives of A-People across the Group to understand what we can do to continue to build a great organization and live our purpose.
Through Gallup, some of you will be invited to take part in interviews and focus group discussions. In addition, we will have a groupwide Culture and Engagement Survey that will further validate the feedback we will gather from the interviews and FGDs.
