Good food has a way of bringing people together. And last August 29, AEV’s new office at Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 came alive with the scent of sizzling dishes and the buzz of learning.
Meat Your Best Baon! gathered A-People from across SBUs, onsite and online, for a morning of food inspiration and fresh ideas. opportunities. In partnership with Aboitiz Foods’ The Good Meat team, the session featured Chef Allen Ermino’s creative takes on Filipino classics – Embutido Burger, Sisig Wrap, and Tocino Bibimbap – served hot for onsite attendees and shared virtually with everyone else.

Beyond fresh baon ideas, the event offered something more meaningful–a sense of connection, creativity, and pride in what we’re building together. From seeing the quality behind The Good Meat products to discovering the Reseller Program, participants saw how a simple love for food can turn into a practical side hustle and a deeper appreciation for our brands.

In its own way, the event reflected our A+10 behaviors in action: Synergetic, by showing that adding value goes beyond projects and includes taking pride in what we create together and Entrepreneurial Mindset, by encouraging A-People to spot opportunities beyond their day-to-day roles, think like owners, and turn everyday passions into something of value.

By the time the session wrapped, A-People left with more than new baon ideas. They experienced how collaboration and fresh thinking can strengthen our brands and add value across the Group.
Here’s to tasty meals, fresh opportunities, and the collaboration that makes both possible!
