In a celebration as vibrant as the communities they've built, Aboitiz Land marked its 30th anniversary with the kind of spirit that defines three decades of excellence. Held simultaneously at the CAF8 in NAC Tower, BGC, and at ACO-Cebu, the festivities were a fitting tribute to a journey filled with innovation, growth, and dedication.

Opening the event, Aboitiz Land President and CEO Dave Rafael took a moment to reflect on the remarkable achievements: "Reflecting on these thirty years, I am immensely proud of the men and women of Aboitiz Land, both past and present. Your dedication, innovation, and passion for making a difference in the communities we serve have been truly inspiring."

Looking forward, Rafael set the stage for Land’s Great Transformation, outlining strategic plans to accelerate project developments across Luzon and Cebu, and maximize the potential of prime land holdings. It's a vision aimed at not just sustaining growth, but propelling Aboitiz Land into new realms of innovation and impact.

“We will unlock the value of ‘big ticket’ land banks within the group that can generate significant financial returns as well as sizeable techglomerate premium,” he declared.

Adding a dash of friendly competition, the Innovators' Hub showcased the creativity and teamwork that define Aboitiz Land's culture and their alignment with the Group’s A+10 Core Behaviors. In Cebu, the Corporate Services team clinched the top spot, demonstrating innovative approaches to community engagement and sustainable development.

Meanwhile, in Manila, the Finance team's Netflix-inspired board earned them the first-place honor, playfully highlighting their role in driving innovation within the company.

The event's culmination saw Aboitiz Group President and CEO Sabin Aboitiz join the festivities in CAF8 and share his commendations before the team. "In the blink of an eye 30 years just blew by. Time really does fly when you’re having fun!" he exclaimed, expressing gratitude and pride in the company's transformative impact on vecinos and the communities they call home.

Reflecting on Aboitiz Land's transformative journey, Sabin highlighted the company's pioneering innovations, from smart technology integration in residential projects to sustainable community developments. "These initiatives reflect our dedication to staying ahead of the curve and meeting the evolving needs of our customers," he noted.

The event also featured the unveiling of the Milestone Wall, a visual journey through Aboitiz Land's evolution throughout the past three decades, as well as spirited renditions of the Aboitiz Land 30-year anniversary jingle by Aboitiz Land's very own superstars Angeline Cas (NAC) and Shyne Guerra (ACO-Cebu), adding a musical note to the celebration.
