Fear of failure should not be a reason to not do what is necessary to achieve those dreams.

Success is not achieved by accident. We need to be deliberate about our objectives, and purposively create the structure and support systems necessary to breed success over the long term.

Teamwork is absolutely necessary. Everyone pulling in the same direction, with the same outcomes in mind can create unstoppable momentum.
