Aboitizland Launches Robinsons Supermarket At Lima Exchange

LIMA Estate, the New Industry City of AboitizLand, is slowly taking shape staying true to its promise of delivering a work-live-play experience.

A fully-integrated township, the industrial, commercial, and residential components of LIMA Estate are further complemented by LIMA Exchange.

Tucked within the Lima Commercial Estate just across The Outlets at Lipa, the 2.6-hectare development is slated to become a point of convergence in Batangas. It will feature establishments expected to generate regular footfall within the complex.

The aim is to address the everyday needs of the locale while strengthening the value proposition of the estate. With this in mind, AboitizLand partners with one of the country’s retail giants to make this happen.

Just before the year ends, LIMA Exchange launched Robinsons Supermarket. Opening its doors to the community, it upgrades the neighborhood lifestyle by providing the convenience of grocery shopping within a safe, secure, and master-planned community where several points of interest are made accessible.

With a 7,000 – square meter gross leasable area, it primes future development within the estate. A transport terminal is also launched its operations together with the opening of the supermarket while other merchants including pharmacies and fast food joints are expected to open by Q1 of 2020.
