The 2026 League of Corporate Foundations (LCF) CSR Medal of Recognition has named City Savings Bank (CitySavings), a subsidiary of Aboitiz-led Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank), as a finalist in the Financial Inclusion category, honoring its dedication to championing meaningful financial literacy through its flagship CSR program, Project ₱er@parasyon (Peraparasyon).
This prestigious award serves as a testament to the Bank’s steadfast commitment to sustainable community building and its mission to make financial inclusion a reality for more Filipinos. Project ₱er@parasyon (Peraparasyon) has consistently served as a cornerstone of CitySavings’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, equipping diverse communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their finances effectively. By integrating financial education into the core of its institutional identity, CitySavings aims to catalyze growth and foster long-term prosperity for its partners and stakeholders.
