The maiden flight of Firefly Airlines’ (FY) Cebu to Kuala Lumpur route has commenced on December 2, 2025. This new direct route flies five (5) times weekly from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (operated by Aboitiz InfraCapital Cebu Airport Corporation) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL). The first arrival from Kuala Lumpur (FY3692) landed at 12:36 PM, while the first departure took off from Cebu (FY3693) at 2:13 PM.
A water cannon ceremony was held during the arrival and departures, as well as a lei presentation and welcome reception for the passengers.
