Exemplifying the company's unwavering commitment to fostering innovation, empowering talented individuals, and making a positive difference in the world, the Transformation Team of Aboitiz Group launched Aboitiz A-Game earlier this year. This initiative aimed to discover exceptional minds and provide them with opportunities to create a meaningful impact. In the A-Game program, applicants had the opportunity to pitch their innovative solutions to problems or challenges that deeply resonate with them. Their personal advocacies were very evident in their pitches which included community development, environmental conservation, education, food safety, and agricultural support.

From A-Game to the Future Co-Creation Voyage

The A-Gamers' participation in the Future Co-Creation Voyage marks an exciting new chapter in their lives, elevating their journey to unlock their full potential and turn innovative ideas into groundbreaking ventures. During the 12-week program, participants engage in immersive experiences, diverse learning opportunities, workshops, and mentorship sessions guided by experienced professionals. A-Game served as a stepping stone for these individuals, leading them to the Future Co-Creation Voyage program. This represents a transformative journey for the selected participants, offering support, mentorship, and access to a network of like-minded individuals and experts.

At the program's culmination, participants have the chance to pitch their ideas to an internal panel, launching them into the world of real-world entrepreneurship. Equipped with valuable experience, knowledge, skills, and a strong network, the teams are well-prepared to make their mark on the business landscape.

Through leveraging grassroots ideas, nurturing talent, and providing comprehensive support, the Future Co-Creation Voyage fosters disruptive businesses with the potential to shape industries and create a better future. Since its 2022 launch, the program has nurtured numerous trailblazing projects in various industries, such as agri-tech, information analytics, food science, and carbon capture. Ultimately, the Future Co-Creation Voyage empowers individuals to embrace disruption, think beyond conventional boundaries, and become catalysts for shaping the future of their respective industries.
