The skill needed to enhance our position in ‘the Infinite Game’ lies simply in a critical skill — THE SPEED AT WHICH WE READ. It is, unfortunately, a skill not taught in school when it is more important than much of the myth we are brainwashed with.
It is in education that the edge comes — continuous education.
Our CEO has laid out our 2021 theme: innovation and resilience.
We started the year with a better understanding of roots cum ingredients for both innovation and resilience — Radical Candor by Ms. Kim Scott.
Some years ago, a wise man taught me that people always have two reasons for doing things — the right reason and the real reason. We need to know the latter.
We have learned this in life. Seth goes a little deeper.
Some examples that may intrigue you:
- Most women who surf lesbian websites, for example, are heterosexual and not lesbian.
- If you ask some about an activity like exercise, he does very much less than he says.
- What people search for at Google has nothing to do with what he tells you he is interested in.
Searches are far from being politically correct but they may be correct.
