I am Badet, an HR professional and an advocate of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and this is how I make a purpose driven life happen.
Aside from my growing love for the field of Human Resources, bridging efforts during disaster recovery, relief operations, and medical missions has also always been close to my heart. This started when I was asked to lead the CSR initiatives in my previous company. My passion for helping others got extended beyond work because of the continued support and generosity of my benefactors.
Some of the outreach activities that I personally led outside work include: Taal Relief, Cagayan Flooding Relief, and Medical Relief during the pandemic. The appreciation from those who are in need drives me to continue on with my advocacy. I’m happy to be surrounded by generous people and I’m honored to be able to bridge that support in difficult times.
With my experiences in this journey, I strongly believe that having a purpose-driven mindset is crucial for propelling our GT2025 vision forward.
