Our institution, Aboitiz Family and Firm, is undergoing transformation.

We have to learn from the very best.

1. Adaptation to Change — No institution is better at it.

2. Federalisation — They have been federalized from the very beginning.

3. Principle or Principal — When and how? No institution has done it more pragmatically.

4. Telling stories and evolving stories to recruit, get the most out of, and keep — Shakespeare, Chaucer, Dostoyevsky, Cervantes, and many more do not stand relative scrutiny.

I listened to this book first. Now I am reading it to study what the author has to teach to help our thinking evolve.
