Sabin has recommended we read this book. It is enlightening.

Do not let the title give you goosebumps. We are doing almost everything as we should. However, there is still a lot to learn, reflect, and confirm if not improve.

The author is an ambassador cum advocate for the value, the stability, and the role of family businesses to society.

A deeper understanding may help prevent tension and reduce stress among families and individual within our families.

While, I believe, there is no better ingredient than trust in families as in ours, lessons from others that have not done as well may prove to be helpful. The main ingredient for trust is, without little doubt in my mind, clarity well communicated.
